Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' which is located in the right hand column and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Products When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Payment We accept credit card payment at the time of the order through the WorldPay secure e-payment facility.

Cancellation We regret that due to the limited shelf life of fresh meat and meat products, you cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed. Amendments may be made by telephoning 01780 763345 between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday providing we have not started processing your order.

Shipping And Handling Orders will be dispatched on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for delivery before 5.30pm the following day. We require 48 hours notice to process orders.
All our products are packed with freezer blocks in insulated containers to keep them fresh and are sent by carrier for next day delivery. Please allow two days for delivery to the Scottish Highlands.

Please ensure someone is available to accept the goods as the carrier requires a signature on delivery.

Delivery charges - UK mainland £9.75 inc VAT.

Important - Deliveries can only be made to UK mainland addresses. This excludes the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.
