The pie arrived today and I just wanted to thank you and all involved for the excellent communication and customer care. I grew up near Stamford and a Nelson's pie was an essential part of Christmas for us when I was a child. After leaving the area we continued the tradition as my mother always came down with a pie, she joked that it was the pie we really wanted. We have tried many others, but none would do, so it's just wonderful to have one by mail order this year.
