Description
Our traditional pork pies are handmade in Stamford from rich hot water pastry filled with the finest cuts of coarsely chopped pork, seasoned with salt and pepper, and crisply baked. We offer, quite possibly the largest range of hand made pork pies in the world with lots of sizes and tasty fillings.
All of our pies start with a bag of flour and our butchers’ cuts of meat before being handmade in our very own factory. They’re so delicious they have a passionate and loyal following.
Ingredients: Filling: Pork (46%), gelling agent (pork gelatine), salt, spices. Pastry: Wheat flour (Gluten), lard, water, margarine, salt, egg.
