Our Traditional Lincolnshire Haslet is made from Coddington pork, sage, bread crumbs and seasoned with salt and pepper. Perfect eaten cold in your sandwich or salad and amazing when gently warmed and used in an omelette or used as a sausage sandwich filling. Suitable for freezing.
