Ingredients: Wholemeal breadcrumb 51% (whole Wheat flour, salt, yeast), wholemeal rusk 17% (whole wheat flour, salt, yeast), candied lemon peel 17% (lemon peel, glucose syrup, salt, citric acid), onion flake 7%, thyme 2%, parsley, lemon juice powder, garlic granules, onion salt.

Recipe Tip – For a meaty stuffing, mix one pack of Shropshire Spice Stuffing with 500g of sausage meat or pork mince and 130ml of water. Stir well and bake for 20 mins at 200 degrees celcius/Gas mark 6.
Recipe Tip – Why not try stuffing individual chicken breasts for a smart supper. Simple make a deep pocket in the chicken breast being careful not to cut all the way through. Stuff the breast meat and wrap in streaky bacon. Bake in the oven until cooked through.
